Responsible Gaming

Winraff is entertainment for adults 18 and over. It should never feel like a way to make money or solve money problems. These tools are always available in your account, free, and withdrawals stay open whatever you choose.

Your controls

• Deposit limits per day, week or month. Lowering is instant; raising takes 24 hours to protect you from impulse decisions.
• Take a break for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Deposits and slips pause; a break can be made longer but not shorter.
• Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. It can't be cancelled early.

Warning signs

• Spending more than you planned, or buying more slips to win back losses.
• Using money meant for rent, bills, school fees or family.
• Hiding how much you play, or feeling anxious or irritable when you don't.

Under 18s

Playing under 18 is not allowed. We check age and identity and close underage accounts. Parents can use device controls to block gaming sites.

Getting help

Talk to someone you trust, and reach out to a counsellor or your doctor. You can contact our support team at any time to close your account or ask for help, and you can raise concerns with the Gaming Commission of Ghana.
