Quick answers

• My deposit hasn't arrived. MoMo and card payments usually land within a minute. If it's been longer, check your wallet history, then contact us with the payment reference.
• When will my withdrawal arrive? Usually within a day, to your own verified MoMo number. Withdrawals to another number, or after a password or phone change, are checked by our team first.
• I forgot my password. Get a reset link by email on the password page.
• How are results decided? The score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. See How it works.
• I want to take a break. Set limits, take a break or self-exclude on Responsible Gaming — it takes effect straight away.

Making a complaint

1. Contact support and say it's a complaint. Include your name, phone number and the slip code or payment reference.
2. We confirm we've received it and reply in full within 5 working days.
3. If you're not happy with our answer, you can take it to the Gaming Commission of Ghana, which regulates gaming in Ghana (gamingcommission.gov.gh).
