Draft for review by a Ghanaian lawyer before launch. Set LEGAL_REVIEWED=true once approved.
These terms apply when you use Winraff ("we", "us"), a weekly 12-match football prediction coupon operated in Ghana. By opening an account you agree to them. Game rules are explained in detail on How it works, which forms part of these terms.
The operator's company name, registration number, address and licence number will be published here before Winraff accepts real money.
1. Who can play
- You must be 18 or older and resident in Ghana. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, and before paying out.
- One account per person and per mobile number. You confirm your number with a code we text to it when you sign up. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You may not play if you have self-excluded, or if you work for Winraff or a supplier involved in running the game.
2. Your wallet
- Amounts are in Ghana cedis (GHS). The minimum deposit is GHS 100.00.
- Deposits are made by Mobile Money or card through our payment partners. Manual MoMo deposits are credited once we confirm them.
- Promo packs (3 slips for GHS 100.00, 10 slips for GHS 300.00) are prepaid slips, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals are paid to the Mobile Money number saved on your account (confirmed with a code we email you). Paying a different number needs another emailed code and is checked by our team before it's paid. For 48 hours after your password or MoMo number changes, every withdrawal is checked by our team. We may hold a withdrawal to complete identity checks, including checking that the MoMo account is registered in your name.
- Wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
3. Slips, results and prizes
- A slip is final once bought. Sales close at the first kick-off of the round.
- Results are the score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time; extra time and penalties do not count. Postponed or abandoned matches are VOID and count as correct for every slip.
- Cash pot shares and grand prizes are worked out by the published rules and paid automatically when the round settles. Item prizes (e.g. a car or house) are delivered in Ghana; a cash alternative is at our discretion.
- Prize photos are for illustration; the actual prize may differ in detail.
- If a result is entered wrongly, we may correct it and re-settle the round before winnings are withdrawn.
4. Fair play
- We may void slips, withhold winnings or close accounts involved in fraud, multiple accounts, collusion, abuse of promotions or use of inside information.
- Promo codes, free slips and referral rewards need a confirmed email address and are one per person. Referral rewards are given when a friend buys their first paid slip. They may be withdrawn if abused.
- Players with a confirmed email address or a completed deposit get one free spin every 24 hours from their last spin. No purchase is needed to spin.
- Possible results and their chances: 1 free slip 5%, 2 free slips 1%, Another spin 10%, Try again tomorrow 84%. Each result is drawn on our server at random; the slices on the wheel are drawn to the same proportions.
- Free slips are funded by Winraff, count GHS 0 towards the cash pot, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire 7 days after they are won. A slip played with a free slip can win prizes like any other slip.
- No more than 2 free slips can be won from spins in any 7 days; a win beyond that limit is shown as no gift.
- The spin is unavailable while you are on a break or self-excluded. We may pause or end the daily spin at any time.
5. Responsible play
You can set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time on the Responsible Gaming page.
6. Liability, changes and law
- We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including payment network or data provider failures.
- We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Gaming Act, 2006 (Act 721).
